Everything Behind the Sale, Handled

Most agencies lose margin to the work that happens after the application is signed — interviews, requirements, underwriter negotiations, and follow-up. TMA's Insurance Fulfillment Center and Underwriting Office absorb that work so your team can stay focused on writing business. Explore our carrier lineup or learn how TMA is structured.

Insurance Fulfillment Center (IFC)

Launched in 2020 and built on 80+ years of combined call center and insurance experience, the IFC is TMA's US-based back office for application intake and case work.

Expert Tele-Interviewing

Our internal team conducts detailed Part 1 and Part 2 client interviews for applications submitted via drop ticket, capturing responses accurately so cases move cleanly into underwriting.

Proactive Risk Communication

Interviewers are trained to flag client responses that could affect ratings or underwriting outcomes, and to surface them to the agency early — before they become a decline.

Application Efficiency

We compile completed applications and submit them electronically to the carrier. For TMA distribution partners, this service is provided at no cost.

Case Fulfillment

Our Business Support Center chases and satisfies carrier requirements end to end, using carrier connections and technology to keep cases from stalling in requirements limbo.

Negotiation & Advocacy

Experienced case managers advocate directly with underwriters on your client's behalf, working difficult files toward the best available offer instead of accepting the first answer.

Virtual Staff Expansion

Operating 8am–8pm Monday through Friday, the IFC acts as an extension of your team — scalable pricing tied to case volume, with no added headcount or overhead.

Underwriting Office & Annuity Programs

Where hard cases get rescued and annuity business gets easier to write.

Case Rescues

TMA repositions cases that were declined or written off as unplaceable, working to secure a placeable offer. Revenue you had already given up on.

Included for Distributors

Case rescue is available to TMA distributors at no additional cost — it is part of the relationship, not a separate line item.

Underwriting Simplification

Direct relationships with multiple carriers let our Underwriting Office pull quick quotes and route each case to the carrier most likely to give it a favorable read.

Annuity Access

Top contracts with annuity carriers representing over 200 variations of deferred, indexed, and immediate annuity products.

Turn-key Annuity Program

For distributors who want to add an annuity revenue stream without significant upfront investment or overhead — we run the infrastructure.

Annuity Support Program

For agencies with an established annuity business that would rather not tie up marketing staff with illustrations, website maintenance, and paperwork volume.

Carrier Access & Agency Growth

Contracting, competitive intelligence, and the peer network that comes with an independent-first IMO.

Competitive Contracts

TMA negotiates compensation with carriers on behalf of its distribution partners, so a single agency gets terms it would struggle to command alone.

Carrier Advocacy

When a carrier relationship needs escalation, TMA's standing with its carrier partners gets your case in front of someone who can act on it.

Digital Contracting

Digital onboarding connects you directly to the carrier network without an intermediary agency in the middle — you keep your independence and your book.

In-Person Conferences

TMA convenes its distributors face to face, where agency principals compare what is actually working rather than what is being marketed.

Leadership Access

TMA is small enough that principals reach decision-makers directly. There is no account-management layer between you and the people who set policy.

Quick Quote System

Run quick quotes across carriers before you commit a case, so you know where a risk lands before you spend the client's time on it.
